Jefferson Carey specializes in leasing and sales of commercial offi ce properties, representing Landlords and Tenants throughout the transaction negotiation process. He is responsible for developing new business opportunities and gathering information to support his clients’ business decisions. In addition, he provides extensive market research to facilitate the site selection process for his clients. His ingenuity and enthusiasm, coupled with his dedication and commitment to service, enable him to assist clients from small, local entrepreneurs to institutional owners. Since 2003, Jeff has leased or sold over 650,000 square feet with a total consideration of more than $48 million.
Before joining Cassidy Turley, Jeff worked in sales at Ikon, where he was consistently one of the top sales representatives in the Ohio region.
